GATESHEAD chairman Neil Pinkerton is not in favour of the National League season being concluded via the play-offs – despite his club being well-placed to benefit from such a move.
The Heed have experienced a positive first season under former Newcastle United defender Mike Williamson and were sat just outside of the National League North play-off places when the season was suspended.
