TRIBUNAL FINDS FA DECISION REMAINS LAWFUL

SOUTH Shields saw their legal appeal against The FA’s decision to make the 2019- 20 season null and void at Steps 3-7 dismissed at an independent arbitral tribunal.
The NPL Premier club led the Step 3 division by 12 points when the campaign was ended in March without promotion or relegation.
The decision was ratified by FA Council the following month but the aggrieved northeast club launched legal action in an attempt to reverse it.
