MARSKE overcame blustery conditions at Mount Pleasant, making it two league wins from two.
The home side got off to the perfect start after 10 minutes when Glen Butterworth sent Adam Boyes clear and the striker made no mistake from 12 yards.
On the stroke of half-time Brighouse were awarded a penalty but Ryan Catterick did well to save the penalty as well as the rebound from Joe Jagger.
