GOOSE HAS A GANDER AT ROVERS

FORMER Crewe Alexandra goalkeeper Dean Greygoose has been appointed as the new manager of Eastern Counties Premier Division side Godmanchester Rovers.
Greygoose, who began his career at Cambridge United and was also on the books of Leyton Orient, Crystal Palace, Norwich Victoria, Altrincham and Chester City, retired from playing in July 2009 when he was with Bury Town.
The 56-year-old, who replaces Ollie Drake in charge said: “I am pleased and excited to have an opportunity to help the club fulfil their ambitions.”
