ACADEMY SECURES A BRIGHT FUTURE FOR RICAY

BILLERICAY Town are launching a football academy of their own which will commence from next season.
The ambitious National League South club already have firm roots in the local Essex community, but are set to take it a step further and put their two 3G pitches at the New Lodge into full effect.
Ricay have more than 50 junior teams under their banner and are setting up an education academy programme in partnership with Chelmsford College to offer a route for young, local players into their first team.
