County FAs can dish out the cash

FOOD for thought maybe? As this will possibly be the second season that the lower leagues may not finish, can I suggest the following?
Finance of the lower leagues - each County Football Association has at least one club in the Football League, if each club was to donate a week’s players pay to the County Football Association this would be distributed to the clubs in the lower leagues to help them financially.
With the amount of money the players get these days it would not be a shortage to them.
With the money going to the lower leagues and clubs, this should keep this great game goi...
