A SOLID performance brought Chorley a deserved victory over a Guiseley side who belied their lowly league position with a display of endeavour.
But the cutting edge was missing and in the end the visitors gained cross in the 65th minute, Jack Sampson held the ball up well inside the box and laid it back for Tomly, limiting the Magpies to shots from distance.
