THIS dour stalemate between two struggling sides produced little in the way of good chances.
After 15 minutes, Binfield’s Troy Murray was through on keeper Dan Purdue, but he took the ball too wide.
Casuals’ first chance came on the half-hour when Danny Campion was through on goal, but scuffed his shot at keeper Nick Harvey. Campion set up Revel Powell-Downey on the stroke of half-time, only for his effort to go straight to Harvey.
