THE two newly promoted ides in the Southern League’s Central Division One ended their seasons in as polarising a fashion as the table itself would suggest.
Stotfold ran out easy victors, and ended their campaign just a place below the play-offs. On the contrary, the Red and Whites finished a spot above the drop zone.
The hosts strode into the lead through their talisman Henry Snee in the 20th minute. His superb volley into the bottom-right corner was an excellent opener.
