SPENNYMOOR Town picked up where they left off last season with a tenth straight victory at The Brewery Field.
A double from Isaac Fletcher and a spectacular free-kick from Matty Dolan was enough to send fancied Chester to defeat in the North East on the opening day of the season.
Fletcher’s first came within six minutes when he was in the right place at the right time to finish off at the back post after Corey McKeown has escaped down the right to deliver a low cross.
