REDBRIDGE 1 STANWAY ROVERS 2

STANWAY rose to second in the table after coming from behind to beat a strong Redbridge side.
Goals from Jamie Bennett and Nat Mardell secured the three points after Fotsing Pitoula Wabo fired the home side in front from the penalty spot.
Bennett levelled the scores with a superb shot midway through the first half.
A superb strike from Mardell from 20 yards out gave Rovers a lead they wouldn’t relinquish nine minutes before the break.
Rovers remained on top in the second period, but were unable to add any more goals to their tally....
