DUNSTON booked their
■ place in the next round, hammering Brighouse Town thanks in part to a hat-trick from Hartlepool United loanee Josh Donaldson.
Jon McDonald’s side took an early lead through a Tom Devitt header at the near post; a corner delivered and guided beyond Brighouse keeper Michael Acquah.
Harvey Booth restored parity after 31 minutes; the forward presented with a simple tap-in from close range as Dunston struggled to clear a set-piece.
Dunston regained the lead after 42 minutes through Donaldson from close range.
