Twice Weston-super-Mare were put on the canvas, twice they climbed up off it to come back swinging before League Two Grimsby eventually landed the decisive blow with just four minutes from time - but that wasn’t going to stop the mighty Seagulls’ travelling army from serenading their heroes.
Scott Rogers’ side dumped out Aldershot Town before seeing off National League South rivals Chelmsford City to reach the third round for the first time in club history.
