A DOUBLE from Glen Taylor helped Spennymoor Town secure victory over Peterborough Sports.
The deadlock was broken midway through the first half as Rob Ramshaw pounced onto a mistake, cutting the ball across to Taylor, who slammed his effort into the top-left corner.
Spennymoor came close to doubling their lead as Junior Mondal’s close-range effort was cleared off the line by Kevin Joshua.
