THE final whistle was blown on Hillingdon Borough’s 36-year history in their current form following a 7-2 hammering by Holmer Green in the Combined Counties League Division One Challenge Cup final.
And it proved a memorable day also for Holmer Green striker Joshua Peck who struck all SEV-EN all of his side’s goals.
Holmer Green stormed ahead through a first-half Peck hat-trick with goals in the 36th, 43rd and fifth minute of stoppage time with Alfie Campbell pulling one back at the start of the second half.
