PONTEFRACT struck twice in the second half to complete a dramatic comeback and book their place in the next round with a win over Clitheroe.
The Colls felt they should have been awarded a penalty when James Morris was fouled inside the box but their protests were waved away and the visitors broke forward, with Nathan Sandi-son firing a superb finish into the top-right corner.
Neither side was able to take control of an entertaining contest, before Jimmy Williams made a triple substitution after 65 minutes.
