GLOUCESTER’S difficult season continued as Step 5 Mangotsfield held firm to force a replay in midweek, despite the Tigers dominating possession for large periods.
City nearly had an opener within minutes through Ashley Hemmings, whose effort went just over the bar after pressure from a Town defender.
The hosts continued to push the Mangotsfield defence right up until the 38th minute, when the opener came.
