HIGH-FLYING WOOD JUST TOO GOOD FOR MOORS

BOREHAM Wood extended their lead at the top of the National League to six points with a ruthless victory over strugglers Solihull Moors.
Ben Whitfield broke the deadlock on the stroke of half-time before finding another immediately after the break. Jay Bird then found the third midway through the second half to seal all three points but manager Luke Garrard felt the margin could have been greater.
