GETTING CHECKED IS VITAL

I KNOW my brother Mike has really appreciated all the well-wishes and support since he revealed he had been diagnosed with a brain tumour.
He’s had an operation to remove the tumour, which has left a really big scar, so he’s got a lot to deal with.
Tim Harris, the former Gloucester City manager, is putting a game on for him in the next couple of weeks.
He’s recovering well. The message is to make sure you get yourself checked out by the doctors. As men we don’t always do that but we must.
