DUNDAS IS 99 NOT OUT AS ROVERS ARE ROCKED

A GOAL by Craig Dundas, – his 99th in Sutton United colours but his first at competitive level for a year-and-a-half– gave the U’s a famous victory at Prenton Park and rounded off an impressive week for Paul Doswell’s side.
The U’s stalwart netted the only goal of the game on 32 minutes to stun the 5,000+ crowd and subject title favourites Tranmere to their first defeat of the season.
Victory took Sutton to fourth in the fledgling National League table with two wins from three matches, leaving manager Paul Doswell delighted.
