WE saw Torquay and Whitehawk dispose with their managers this last week –my own team, Leighton Town, have gone through four managers in the last couple of years. None of which was successful.
Since it is clear that a new manager needs time to turn a club around, I would like to propose that managers must be given a minimum of 15 games in charge.
That would make clubs think twice before making unnecessary changes!
