PROUD Anthony Limbrick says he was overcome by the “amazing” ovation given to his Woking side after Tuesday night’s FA Cup first round replay victory at Bury. Limbrick’s men caused one of the biggest shocks of the competition so far after ruthlessly disposing of the League One strugglers 3-0 at Gigg Lane.
Fans of the managerless Shakers responded by booing their own team off the pitch, but instead of turning to head through the exits, stayed to applaud the Cards for an impressive away display.
