GREAVES MAINTAINS A UNITED FRONT

TOM GREAVES has been appointed as FC United of Manchester’s second ever boss – but is under no illusion as to the task that faces him if he is to save them from relegation.
The 32-year-old striker has been in caretaker charge since Karl Marginson, who was manager since their 2005 birth, left the club last month.
Alongside Jack Doyle, Tom Conroy, Luke Podmore and Paul Chapman, Greaves’ interim management team have landed the job with four wins in six games.
It has clawed the Red Rebels out of the relegation zone and they now sit in 19th position, three points ahead of Nunea...
