Talent-spotter Steve Castle has tipped Non-League graduate Gus Scott-Morriss to sparkle on the Football League stage – and says he’s an example for others to follow.
After four highly-successful years with Southend United, Scott-Morriss landed a move into the Football League with Oldham Athletic this summer at, in football terms at least, the ripe old age of 29.
