UXBRIDGE won the battle of the high-flying Step 3 clubs, controversially beating Lewes at The Honeycroft.
The Red Army took the lead after seven minutes, Francis Amartey cutting in driving a powerful shot past Louis Rogers.
The controversy came in the 57th minute. Charlie Walker thought he had equalised with a header, but as Uxbridge were about to kick off, the referee chalked off the goal and awarded the Red Army a throw-in on the halfway line.
Sam Deadfield doubled the Uxbridge lead after 69 minutes, scoring on the rebound. but Noel Fisher set up a grand...
