Garrard’s boys turn the tables – again!

LUKE Garrard hailed his Boreham Wood comeback kings after two goals in the space of three minutes turned the tables on fellow promotion hopefuls Carlisle United and kept his unbeaten side three points clear at the top of the table.
Trailing to Stephen Wearne’s 60th-minute opener for the Cumbrians, Wood dug deep to equaliser through debutant Jay Bird 11 minutes from time before Zak Brunt’s whipped-in corner forced Jack Ellis to glance into his own net to steal victory.
