Bulls put a dent in City’s dreams

A LATE equaliser from Maziar Kouhyar helped salvage a point for Hereford against fellow play-off contenders York and ended their seven-match winning run.
The Afghan international struck a sweet low strike past the dive of Pete Jameson after it looked like the Minstermen would win it.
Neither side were able to create many chances during the opening exchanges and it wasn’t until the half-hour that Hereford upped the tempo. First, Luke Haines saw a fine effort turned away for a corner before Kouhyar saw a speculative effort hit the crossbar.
