INJURY-HIT Warrington made light of limited resources to make it three wins from four games.
They were helped by a woeful first half by the Magpies, whose play lacked any sort of sustained tempo or necessary aggression.
There was at least some encouragement for home fans in the last half-hour when a couple of substitutions injected much -needed drive into a Chorley team who for the first time looked capable of a goal. But the Yellows defended their area resolutely.
