Boston United part company with manager Craig Elliott

have sacked manager Craig Elliott with the club sat in the play-off places.

The Pilgrims are seventh, 12 points behind leaders and have lost their last three matches.

The former Shaw Lane boss took over the United reigns in November 2017 and guided the club to the second round of the in 2019.

Boston were one of the favourites to be challenging for the title this season after losing in May's North play-off final.
