AFTER an even first quarter of an hour, Lancing’s defence crumbled and Burgess Hill hit them with three goals in 11 minutes.
Kieran Rowe (18), Lewis Finney (22) and George Brown (29) looked to have put the game out of Lancing’s reach. Three half-time substitutions paid off for Lancing and they gave themselves hope with a goal from Modou Jammeh after 55 minutes.
