MILDENHALL finished the season in strong style against promotion-chasing Waltham Abbey.
The visitors did rest key players with one eye on the play-off semi finals, and Hall took advantage quickly taking the lead after nine minutes through Thomas Thulborn’s rifled strike.
Jed Wigley quickly doubled the lead with a short range tap-in.
But Jason Hallett halved the defecit after 37 minutes with a superb strike and throughout the second half Abbey launched wave upon wave of attacks on the Mildenhall defence, but they held strong to finish the season on a ...
