Whitby Town's struggles in front of goal continued while rock-bottom Workington remain deeply entrenched in a battle for survival despite picking up what they may well feel is a very useful point on their travels.
This fixture was one of the few matches to go ahead in the NPL Premier, with both teams no doubt seeing the game as a chance to make up ground on their rivals.
