IN this clash of two playoff chasing teams, it was Kempston who came out on top, reversing the result of their clash on the opening day of the season.
The visitors started better in this encounter, scoring the openerin the 11th minute as Joseph Briggs’ low drive flew past Martin Conway.
The Walnuts turned the match around later on in the half. Firstly, on 38 minutes, Jermaine Ivy‘s deflected effort found the corner. Then, in stoppage time, Luke Heneghan‘s stunning freekick from 30 yards flew into the top corner.
