CHIEF CAUGHT IN A CYCLONE IN A CYCLONE

POURING rain may have scuppered Billericay Town’s hopes of taking on Harrow Borough yesterday – but that’s nothing to what Blues owner Glenn Tamplin endured this week.
The multi-millionaire was left stranded on the island of Mauritius, where he was holidaying, after a potentially devastating cyclone drew close.
Tamplin was scheduled to leave Mauritius with his wife Bliss on Thursday but the island was placed on lockdown as forecasters fearing the worst, prompting him to catch a flight the following day.
