EMBATTLED chairman Anthony Hampson insisted he would be “only too pleased” to allow his detractors to take over crisis club Worcester City.
Homeless City voluntarily dropped two extra levels to cut costs having finished in the National North relegation zone last season.
On the last day of February, club accounts revealed more than £290,000 worth of losses for the financial year up to May 2017 with Hampson citing an “out of control playing budget” in that final term at Step 2 the primary cause.
