NEW Tilbury manager Marc Harrison got his reign under way in solid fashion with a goalless draw at Maldon & Tiptree.
The Dockers were in desperate need of points on their travels, picking up just one win all season and staring into the possibility of a relegation scrap across the season.
Against a Maldon side flying high, it was always going to be a tough test, but the visitors adapted well to the task and resisted the hosts’ attacks – boasting a few chances of their own in the process.
