■ LYE Town gave their survival hopes a boost with a win at fellow strugglers Coventry Sphinx.
Sphinx took the lead in the first half when a loose ball was collected by Jordan Hayward and smashed past Flyers’ keeper George Barrett.
Joe Palmer slipped the ball past Sphinx stopper Charlie Woods to equalise within three minutes of going behind and Lye doubled the lead through Lewis Wright immediately after the restart.
