Wrexham might land cash windfall from Motherwell’s Louis Moult

This could be a healthy boost for the Dragons.

Former Wrexham striker Louis Moult is hot property in the Scottish Premier League and if the Motherwell marksman earns a move in January, the National League side will be set to profit.
The 25-year-old bagged 23 times in 47 appearances during his one season for the Dragons in 2014-15 before heading to Scotland.
Championship side Preston North End are leading the race to sign Moult, who has scored 14 times this season having netted 18 in both of his last two seasons with Well.
The Lilywhites are rumoured to fork out £500,000 for the ex-Stoke City forward in January, that Wrexham would take a piece of.
The striker has decided not to renew his contract with Motherwell which will expire in the summer.
Therefore, he could sign for another club on a free meaning Dean Keates’ side would miss out on their sell-on clause agreement.
