HARTLEY WI N TNEY r etained their Premier Division title, being crowned champions on an emotional day at Alwyns Lane.
The Row, who finished with ten men, drew 0-0 at lowly Chertsey Town in front of 115 fans to clinch the point which had evaded them in recent weeks.
Their only remaining title rivals, Westfield, lost 1-0 at Abbey Rangers, who climbed to seventh thanks to an early goal in front of the new stand at The Moor.
