NEVILLE LEAVES IT LATE TO DRAW

OSSETT Town played out a draw at home to Trafford to round off their campaign. They had a goal disallowed for offside on four minutes before Danny Ross shot wide.
The chances continued to flow but it remained goalless at half-time. On 33 minutes, Jason Yates’ header was saved by Terry Smith and Ossett took the lead on 45 minutes when Tyrone Gay tapped in.
Alex Peterson wasn’t far away from giving Ossett a 2-0 lead and on 85 minutes Ross tried to lob Ossett keeper Smith but it went over.
