MARLOW sealed a semi-final trip to Barton Rovers in the Division One Central play-offs with victory on the road at Uxbridge.
After plenty of hustle and bustle, the teams could not be separated in the first half, with Uxbridge’s Anthony Thomas firing wide of the post.
Two minutes into the second half, Marlow skipper Chris Ovendon converted at the far post from a corner and, with 79 minutes on the clock, the visitors’ Jay Welch flicked home to make it 2-0.
