CHATHAM Town finished the season as they started – with a goalless draw.
Both teams knew their destiny before kick-off, Lewes, after a pretty good season, finishing just outside the play-off positions while Chatham are destined to play their football in the Southern Counties League next season.
After an uneventful first half, the hosts continued to find little joy, with two half-chances falling to Ricky Gundry, while Lewes’ Jack Dixon hit the inside of the post.
