Money talk a mystery

HAVING looked over the provisional league structure for next season, I am relieved to see that, unlike previous years, there is not too much to argue about – all bar one glaring geographical mystery!
Can someone explain to me why newly-promoted Moneyfields, who are Portsmouth based, have been placed in the Southern League Central Division, while Oxfordshire-based Kidlington have been moved to the South & West Division? Am I missing something?
