Seventh heaven for some – but not for me!

I JUST don’t understand the reasons for the proposed changes to the National League play-off system.
While it is no surprise clubs have backed the plans, as it will give more teams a shot at promotion, it just seems pointless.
No team that’s ever finished as low as fifth has been promoted before, let alone seventh!
Barrow, who came seventh in the National League last season, finished 20 points behind Tranmere Rovers. Play-offs seem unfair at the best of times, but imagine if a side that far behind gets promoted. Focus on getting three promotion places before changing the play-of...
