BOB TO LEAD CASTLE PUSH

NEWCASTLE TOWN have been backed to push for promotion under new manager Bob Askey.
Askey served as director of football at West Midlands (Regional) League side Stone Old Alleynians last season and succeeds Scott Dundas at the Evo-Stik South side.
General manager Geoff Eccleston said: “It was disappointing we didn’t quite make the play-offs last season. Bob can come in and put together a squad capable of making another push.”
