CARL: I OWE IT TO FANS

STRIKER Carl Stewart wants to repay Scarborough Athletic’s supporters after returning to the club.
Stewart scored 11 times for the Boro last season before leaving for Evo-Stik North rivals Tadcaster Albion in November.
He was close to signing for Shaw Lane but decided to return to Scarborough after talks with boss Steve Kittrick.
Stewart said: “It is important for me to repay the fans for leaving. That was a big mistake and I want to put it right.”
