ST NEOTS TOWN conceded a last-gasp winner against Cambridge United but the Southern Premier side matched their League Two counterparts toe-fortoe in a 1-0 defeat.
A bumper crowd of 692 saw St Neots go closest in the first-half when Andre Olakami glanced a header just wide.
The EFL side began to dominate in the second half with Luke Berry’s header coming off the post though St Neots’ leading scorer from last season Jevani Brown also struck the woodwork.
