THIS intriguing fixture brought National League South club Hungerford to Wheatsheaf Park for the first time ever, but it was the Bostik League side who came out on top, winning a closely contested game.
Mo Bettamer was the scorer after 11 minutes, rounding off a neat move down the left that culminated in a fine pass by Max Worsford.
Bettamer found the net again towards the end of the first half, but this time was offside, whilst the visitors went close with a Nicholas Bignall chance that was well smothered.
