JAY’S GOT TOTT JOB

DORCHESTER Town’s second team boss Jay Keating has been unveiled as the new man in charge at Sydenhams Wessex outfit Totton & Eling.
Keating’s experience as Gosport Borough’s U21 development manager stood him in good stead with the Division One outfit who want to build their future on a youth policy.
He will work with interim managers Rich Hayter and former Southampton and AFC Bournemouth star Jo Tessem.
Keating replaces the recently-departed, James Phillips, who has landed himself the job at Division One side AFC Stoneham.
