■ GUISELEY and Darlington played out their final pre-season game but neither side could get on the scoresheet.
Both teams had their chances in this match, with the hosts starting the brighter.
Guiseley almost took the lead when Reece Thompson did well to keep the ball in play.
He cut it across the area to John Rooney, who saw his attempted chip hit the bar.
The National League outfit continued to press in their attempts to break the deadlock.
